Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Got the painters coming early to finish off from yesterday, it is nearly all finished just a shower screen to install and vanity mirror cabinet to put up over the wash basin.

I do not clean up after them they do a good job themself Cally.

Just the painter but not due till Thursday at the earliest and I had a whole house to clean lol
 
6.4 @ 7.15am
A late shift at work always messes with my numbers the next day with liver dump. 4.7 @ 10.15pm and the longer walk home. Egg and bacon for tea @ 10.30pm, but then no exercise after as too tired. I hate shift work!
