Morning all

5.9 for me today. Cleaning out the apartment before flying home tonight. Only slight snag is what seems to be a general strike by all the Spanish taxi drivers.......

Back to normality today at 4.4 following a solid 8 hours sleep (plus a dinner of belly pork with a side chaser of a couple of oat cakes). Yum!

Painters are finished, all the cupboard handles / towel rail put on. The truck bringing the new shower screen had a accident with some moron texting on their phone who failed to give way to the truck and it got smashed.

So a couple more days waiting for a new one.

I use wather and lemon - not and syrup but normal fresh lemon.. that bring my sugar down form 14 or 16 to 5

Type 2 20 yrs.
Slow release metformin but hbaic
very slowly risen over the years . Low carb diet where possible . Using Victoza for 4weeks so far. Bold suagar levels now 5-7. Appetite reduced and wt down by 2kg. So far so good.
