22/8 - Morning.

As from yesterday was discharged from the Hospital Diabetic Clinic, to the care of GP Practise Diabetic Nurse.

My HBA1C is down to 58 (from 68) .

Back to Hospital today for my 6 monthly check up Liver MRI Scan.
