Ok ..
First day back at work after a relaxing weekend.
Bloods have been fine all weekend but today I woke up anxious and tested and found my bloods to be 7.1. I believe it is down to me being stressy

It is a bit weird as Yesterday had leftovers from daughters birthday lots of carbs (400 grams) and 2 glasses of champagne late in the evening , sometimes I do Think I am partly cured , blood glucose did hit 7.4 mmol at its highest yesterday But that was to be expected .champagne must be magic
