Liver dump at it's best
We spent around 12 hrs travelling in car, boat, car yesterday travelling back home, so no chance of exercise. My Sciatica playing up after all that bum sitting! I had no chance of exercise on the boat as it was a bit bumpy!
Day off work today and back tomorrow for 3 days, then off again for another wedding, the 5th and final one of the year, the last one in Oslo!

8.2 this morning. It's been in the 10s and 11s the last couple of weeks so a welcome drop.

Went for my HbA1c yesterday. Should get the result on Thursday and expect better than the 68 in May.
