Hours of travelling yesterday by boat and car. Long walk before tea at friend's house. She made a tortilla style tea, without tatties, but loads of veg and a spinach salad. But then gave me a thin slice of her wonderful homemade bread.....
About a 90 min drive to Aberdeen this morning and flight to Oslo at 1pm

Hi everyone
BG 5.8 today not complaining just surprised.
Surprised has I had breakfast of porridge due to BG dropping during morning to 4.9 this is too low for me it makes me feel unsteady.
Then I had a late lunch soup and ham roll
Evening meal pasta carbonara,glass rose wine with soda
So quite a lot of carbs yesterday. K
