Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I press the icon to the right of the smiley face, this used to go to my gallery, now it launches a White box with a red rectangle above that says image URL
Can you post an image here?

38% increase in calorie burn (walking) for a similar amount of steps and time. I have worked out that if I do a focused 30 minute walk and a 30 minute heavy gym session I can get close to 1000 calories burned:

Without weights (8.18 calories per minute (491 per hour)):



With Weights: (13.27 calories per minute (796 per hour)):



For contrast, my general workouts (cardio / weights) burns circa 15.2 calories per minute
