5. @ 05:45 AM overdid dinner last night. Been killing it at the gym. BG was 3.4 @ 19:00PM, yesterday. fed up with the 'headachey' feeling stuffed my face to get rid of it.(That's my excuse I'm sticking with it)

normal levels most an get normal levels when counting the number of grams of carbs they eat in a day nd stay under 150 grams daily
note that the green area is the normal range
.....
