Yes. As long as you have a meter and not had it for decades undiagnosed and been self healing.
So for some it can help ....but not all.

Just done my 2 hr post prandial, double fried egg sandwhich on wholemeal bread. 5.0 down from 5.6 fasting. Very happy!
