Yesterday's reading was 5.8 but then slipped off track and overate having Sunday Lunch at a restaurant and this AM was 7.1 but resolving to get back on track by returning to prior meal sizes and making a point of asking for small portions on occasions when I eat out.

I got a 5.9 this morning after peanut butter (3 teaspoons) before bed. I love liver blocks.

Still no metformin.

I believe 6.5 is a touch high while 3.1 is a touch low best of luck settling down in the middle
