Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Morning all, 7.8 today. I am going to fast from evening meal through to lunch every day, until now I have eaten three times a day at the weekend and it just makes me feel uncomfortably full and ‘picky’ late at night.
 
Fbg 6.7 this morning. Just figured why some have been alot higher. Meds with sucrose in for pain relief and digestive problems. I take them first thing with levothyroine so I can eat sooner and give the 4-5hrs before iron tablets.
Looking forward to stopping them in 2months time.
Fed up of tablets for nothing to do with diabetes.... sort of. (maybe blood pressure is hereditary). Still no statin and been took off my repeat request.

Must of picked up something from either the tap, or the microwave, as I had just washed my hands after going to the toilet.

I knew it was wrong, I have not been that high since starting Metformin 18 months ago when it helped me get into the sixes.

Just had a look at the micro and cold tap, the tap has a greasy feel to it so picked it up there I reckon.
