Hi @Freema Only thing I have changed is my time of testing. I use to test when I got up now test about an hour before. Wasn't that high before but have seen slightly lower numbers since. Wonder If its beating the Dawn phenomenon?wow well done do you have a specific secret to getting that low?
Hi @Contralto thanks for that. Cant believe how easy it was to give up the booze! I was drinking quite a lot but now nothing for last 16 days!!congratulations, both on your low numbah! and for maintaining sobriety!
