Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.7 after a run of 10s.
On a mission to lose 4kgs in 5.5wks. I've lost 2kgs already since last Friday weigh-in.
Good bgs hold the key.... and low carb, low fat. (for me). Shame heat is putting me off walking. Swimming this week coming up, hopefully.
