Hope you're feeling good by the 1st.. start 2016 flu free Btw hot water n whisky really nice before bed - less sniffign and easier breathing. No sugar though! x

I did mine this morning at 06.09am fasting since 5.30 last night, but I did have an op 5 weeks ago. Things just starting to settle down now!
