Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Do you keep your level of eaten carbs lower than 150 grams a Day ??

How about trying a couple of days below 50g carbs i.e. just zero carb food, plus things like eggs and cream with tiny percentages of carbs, no milk in tea n coffee etc. I’m still testing it but exercise after dinner also seems to help too. What results have other people got? I found even just a few dozen g’s of carbs in veg etc put a couple of points on my fasting numbers.
 
5.2 today I strongly suspect my batch of strips used during June and July were more friendly than the batch I opened this week, 4s have disappeared My suspicion is backed up by my lab HbA1c this week being 34 while MySugr was predicting 30.7. Never mind!
 

Still an excellent result though.
