Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.1 at 10.45am - slept fairly well for a change as went to sleep with old cardie on last night and it kept me nicely warm & cosy.... a pleasant change!

7.8 this fine morning. I'm still at that "wow that's better, what a nice surprise but how on earth is it that" stage
 
Well I did my fasting bloods at 8am and I am over the moon with my reading of 8.0
 
I had 4.9, and just read an article about the disbenefits of cardio. Well, 60 minutes of hilly cycling after dinner seems to do me good!
 
Today 5.4 at 5.20 am and 6.1 at 6.45am

Week's average 6.0 (which includes several fasting readings on certain days...)

Fbg 8.8 I'm not surprised I ate a currant scone high carb and 2 pieces of regular pizza. All in one day. My mum's medicine for both of us. My mum's only way of healing me. We needed the bonding day.
Back to lchf this morning
Ps. Pizza tasted very salty.
 
9.1 this am ...had two front teeth out yesterday and must say i worked myself up into a frenzy just thinking about going to the dentist however she never hurt me once....but couldn't eat much afterwards and taking paracetomol for the pain.....have a great day everyone

6.1 a little high for me in a morning. Got a busy day Dad's new mattress coming and taking old one to tip
 
Hello everybody. I was a bit late taking blood today but 6.0 which was pleasing after yesterday's 7.7.
