8.8 not good again!
7.8 this fine morning. I'm still at that "wow that's better, what a nice surprise but how on earth is it that" stage
Hope you soon feel better Alison. Night time hypos are the worst.(Saturday) Woke up at 5.30am feeling very weak & dripping in sweat. Very shaky when testing & was shocked to see the meter read 2.1. Two glasses of red wine, & obviously not enough to eat last night, contributed to the hypo. Once treat with a mini Mars bar followed by a slice of toast, all was ok with a BG of 5.0. But a hypo doesn't half wipe you out. I'm stopping in bed this morning. Have a good day folks. Good health.
