Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.4 this morning, which was high for me. But after breakfast ( bacon & black coffee+butter), my 2 hour reading was 6.8!
That's weird.

!Was 9.1 first thing then shot to 13.6 before lunch. Had a small lunch then walked the dog and came home to feel weird, shaky BG 3.6!. Very odd. BS seems to go up and down a lot - anyone else having these probs?

This morning after only one WEEK of lchf dieting I got my first ever reading of under 6 - 5,7 yipee! I've always been 8.5-10.5. Thanks to all who post for all the life-changing information. Can't wait to weigh myself now
