Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

BG reading before breakfast up today from yesterday 8.3 tried a jacket potato yesterday to see what happens, first time in 4 weeks, so it must have been that. Not be having another
 
6.4 this morning. Need to work on this a bit . Tricky lunch ahead. My mother would like to go for a fish and chip lunch . Have a good day all
 
6.7 this morning...feeling better after yesterday's craziness..not sure if it was mild food poisoning or what...seems to have settled now. Thanks for the support. Need to get a bit more focused again.
 
Was 8.7 this morning after cataract op yesterday afternoon. Left eye done. Having real trouble reading this as op has given me fantastic long sight and every thing so bright. But at moment cannot read a book, glasses useless.
Thanks to those that have given me encouragement before the op.

5.5, after not a very god night's sleep... I am quite busy and stressed these days.
 
5.4 at 0530 here. I didn't eat yesterday, except for one last mango. Waiting for taxi to airport now.
 

Great to have that behind you, mate. When all's healed, a stylish pair of reading glasses will be the priority.
