4.9 this morning. I expected it to be higher as I treated myself to a Heck's 97% Pork Sausage sandwich with 1 slice of Burgen bread last night. Very tasty it was too

5.2 at 0730..i had a 5.3 and a 4.8 during the day and was distinctly cranky and bad tempered..note to self ..eat a bit more when working!.. have a nice weekend all....
