Hi Steve. Yes it was fasting.

This morning was 13.4.

However the DSN put me back on 500mg Metformin which I first took at lunchtime alongside the glimepiride. I came off the Metformin because of bowel issues but if it can bring my FBG down I'm happy to cut out anything that triggers it.

However I do have a bad cold (not Covid-19 fortunately) and slept badly.
