Dear me @Ashybang What have you been up to in the last 12 hours? I do hope it's not illness that has sent your blood glucose soaring.A very concerning BG 18.6 mmol @ 8am.
Had a late meal with Pasta last night, suffered today for it, but learned a very valuable lesson. Have felt rough as well, but this morning's reading was of my own doing. Had a tired, lethargic day with very little energy, blurred vision and constant dry mouth. Took me all day to come down to. a BG reading of 12.1mmol, but is still dropping. See how it is next morning..... I'm aiming n hoping for a BG reading around 7.5mmol,.... we will find out soon.
