Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good morning
Great to hear from you, over the last few months I have been on a very low carb diet, but my BG has been very up and down. So I was not sure what else I could do,I exercise every day eat healthy.
I was looking on the NHS Choices website at an article called Green tea: the elixir of life or just hype? So I thought I would give it a go, I have given up in the past 10 days all tea and coffee and have green tea in the morning and drink only water for the rest of the day, it seems to be doing something my BG has dramatically dropped.
Its well worth a look at the article.

I wonder how much cow's milk you have dropped as a result. When they skim milk they had sugar for taste and add water. Dairy owner told me yrs ago.
Maybe dropping milk was enough? Interesting theory.
Fantastic result. If you tire of green tea just drop milk and see if just as good?

That's fantastic! Water is very good for you too and very cleansing.
 
5.6 this morning :). More exercise/golf today. I have lost 7 inches top, 8 inches in the middle and 7 inches on the bottom. That's what 4st 9lbs amounts to. Very Happy with that. Over half way to my goal now :playful:. Have a good day all! :D
 
4.8 @ 07.55 and been to have bloods for cholesterol check, asked her to add random glucose so I can see changes, seeing GP Monday for results.

7.3 today. Not happy. Tried soya mince today, no offence to anyone who likes it, but Definatley not for me, have tried othere soya products and enjoyed. Have a healthy day everyone
