Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

7.6 this morning. Ive just eaten 2 scrambled eggs and am now heading to the gym for an hour, so I'll see what my levels are when I get back.
 
5.5 this morning, am I right to be happy with this figure. Have a good day everyone.

Hi liam 1955, You have given me an idea, my BG reading in the mornings Friday 7.3 Saturday 5.7 Today Sunday 6.9 so might try the cheese and crackers for supper.
 
4.8 today! First below 5 for a while. Although I've had a nice lie in which could explain it.

I had a lazy lie in this morning - so at 10.00 I was 7.3 now at 11.45 (still fasting) I am 8.0

why is this ?!?!?
Is it because I haven't eaten yet ? Is it because I was doing a lot of housework ?
I really am thinking that I am going backward
