In the UK you are not supposed to drive if you are below 5, so maybe you need to get your BG levels up a bit. At least before driving anyway.

Thanks to Alzebra, Ickihun and Prem for commenting. I'm on blood pressure meds and they seem to hold me at a normal reading- blopress 8mg and concor 2.5mg.
I also take amlodipine 10mg, bestatin 20mg and an 81 aspirin.
Sometimes I rattle

Sad 7.8 fbg in the morning. Had a wonderful night with my old friends. Bit of chinese fried rice and other stuff. Probably I will have better control when I am back in UK.

Good morning, woke up early and it was 7.1.

After another hour and half in bed it was 7.6! Anyway it is a nice sunny day and I am about to go for an hour's brisk walk as I am not working today so it will be back to normal soon. Will be skipping breakfast with bacon and eggs on my return
