Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

In the low 4s all last week but up to 5 this morning after a weekend away at the beach. Did have an episode last week that after a 4.2 morning reading and a breakfast of eggs I experienced an extreme instance of giddy, uncontrollable spinning head and sweating that sat me straight down on my bottom holding onto the floor in case I fell off! I'm on two 500 metformin a day. This has scared me a little about driving as it just came on with no warning and there was little I could do about it. 10 minutes later it passed and I got up and carried on at my job. Any ideas?

Morning All

Somewhat surprising 4.6 for me this morning, since I treated myself to 2 squares of dark chocolate with my last pint last night :):)

Sad 7.8 fbg in the morning. Had a wonderful night with my old friends. Bit of chinese fried rice and other stuff. Probably I will have better control when I am back in UK.

Good morning, woke up early and it was 7.1.

After another hour and half in bed it was 7.6! Anyway it is a nice sunny day and I am about to go for an hour's brisk walk as I am not working today so it will be back to normal soon. Will be skipping breakfast with bacon and eggs on my return;)
