17.03.16 - Happy St Patrick's Day to you all

FBG @ 08.25 = 8.1
but then @ 10.05 it was 6.2
I was around at GP's this morning offering up my blood for tests - looking forward to my HbA1C results

Yesterday 6.2 at 6.25 (6.0 at 10.55 the previous evening) but not so good today - 7.6 at 6.45 having been 6.2 at 10.55 - but know why.
