Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Yes my meter does averages for 7,14, month and 90 days. I test fbg and just before I eat then 2 hours after. My overall average is down about 0.2mmol . I'm being patient and reckon it may take longer coz I'm so little. Will be starting Newcastle diet in early May so hopefully that will help too. Thanks for your support
For what little it's worth, I think you've got the right idea and the right mindset. "Slowly slowly catchee monkey", as the saying goes. My experience supports LCHF - I don't know a bean about your other meds but I think and hope that this will work for you. Keep going!!

fbg 5.4 this morning, got a cold coming on and work is particularly stressful at the moment (compulsory redundancies on the cards :wideyed:). However, I've lost another few pounds and am now only 1 pound away from being overweight instead of obese :joyful:

A well rested 4.9 fbg too @david1968. Yahoo!
I love catching my liver out.
Off to my local for some more cheese.
I'm obviously a mouse not a lchf diabetic! Ha ha
Have a lovely Easter everyone. Kids break up today for us.
Ps. Easter Eggs are talking to me! O'oh! Dun dun dun......

Five days at BG between 7-10 full on cold yesterday, complete with aches and pains, I decided to admit defeat and go to the backup plan and take something for it.

I popped a glimepiride last night BG 9.8, this mornings BG 5.1
