Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.8 millimoles per litre.
 
Had a sleepless night, woke at 7am and was a bit lower today at 5.9, and slightly lower at 5.7 when I woke again at 12.15. (And 5.6 two hours later just before I have a snack...)
I've more or less flat lined since pre supper test last night - over an approx 14 hour fast.

So no sign of any liver dumps , probably due to last night's fatty supper and an omelette for main course at dinner which I know is one of my best meals for low levels.
