8.6 but around 11pm I was feeling rubbish, registering 4.5 so at 3 Jelly Babies to try 'sort me out'. Guessing the high reading today is a result.

Hi @PenfoldAPD next time have a protein nibble. If off to bed and not driving. It will bring your hba1c down. Beating liver too.
