Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I well remember the day a few months back I announced I was no longer obese! An excellent feeling!

6.2 at 7.20am but not fasting as I had a sleepless night and a couple of snacks to keep me going.

I think I'm just about back to normal now as mostly mid to low 6s all yesterday.

Weekly averages (up a bit):
Fasting: 6.4
Pre meal: 6.6
Post meal: 7.2
Overall: 6.8

6.1 this morning after a bad evening yesterday, had light evening meal and 2 hours later sugars were 14.3!!!!!!! Thanks to help on forum, and loads of black tea, water, stationary bike & walking around house finally got sugars down to 6.2 after nearly 4 hours later! Today I've got terrible upset stomache! Think it's the steroids I'm on,and strong antibiotics, certainly not helping my ahsma, still keep going. Good day to you all

7.6 this morning.... down from a lot of 11's since Christmas...slowly working my way to the 5's on the lchf diet.....I've been very good with an A1c test coming next week. Dawn effect is not my friend!
 
Hi maureen5752 Sorry you are having a rough time hope you feel well really soon. I have been having trouble with aches and pains lately it does get you down, now I have a frozen shoulder, anything else they can throw at us
