Fbg 6.5 with minimum insulin. Well chuffed! Had protein before bed too. When I remember it it definitely cons my liver.

6.3 at 5.55 am and 6.2 at 7.55 when I got up.

Still running high overall yesterday, but not so bad as day before and I'm a bit less hungry too, but full of fat now...

Fasting average for last week isn't too bad at 6.0, though.

Morning All

Up to 6.2 this morning, not unexpected as I had a steroid injection in my knee yesterday.

Last time this raised my fasting levels by by about 2.5, so I guess I got off lightly!

I graph all my results - just short of 1500 as of this morning, going back to July 2014 and the raw data a very spiky shape.

I also graph a 16 day rolling average which give me a far better indication if things are drifting off, and it is this data that makes me think there is some kind of - dare I say it as a bloke - monthly cycle going on?

@Tim55 if the variant is only small I would guess that you receive a different batch of tablets monthly. In your experience can those batches vary a fraction?
