Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.6 this morning for me. Small breakfast of plain yoghurt and some seeds and then hovered around 9.3 until mid afternoon. No idea why. ☹
 
Late posting today ..6.7 and another banging headache which has been with me all day
 
6.0 Off to to work first time this week. Those men will be doing all the lifting for me.
 
Good morning from a room with a view of the sun shining on the Exe estuary & Exmouth approximately 8 miles away. BS fasting 5.1 @ 07:10 hrs.
 
I had a 5.7 this morning, after a very vegetable-based dinner that did not fill me up properly. I woke up at 4 am feeling very hungry, then again at 7 am, so my liver might have helped a bit.
 
Morning all on this wet start in Birmingham
Always seem to be higher after a lie in 6.5 this morning
