Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

4.6 this morning, off for my first 3 month check with diabetic nurse. Will report back later on other thread.
 
Good Morning! 6.9 at 0620 after three roast potatoes with roast chicken last night - and no merlot. But now warmer weather seems to be arriving I will be eating more salad meals, and I am stopping statins from today in the 3 month approach to my 12 month HbA1c test. It will be interesting to see if that effects my readings.
 
Fbg 6.8. Could be better. Going to have to make myself plenty of low carb ice cream this weekend. Double cream here I come.
 
Yikes 9.1 this morning, I must learn to resist ale....and chips..and sticky stuff. A week of stringency ahead after bank holiday fun and games.

Thanks. I have worked hard to get them and had great advice from this forum but I am also lucky as many on here have worked just as hard but don't necessarily get those dots.
