Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Seems as though getting on the exercise bike for 15 mins after dinner works or ... so many people are getting great results today, it could be because the sun is out and its going to be a sunny day.
 
Just had my blood results back. My Hba1c is down to 37 from 48 last September. I take Metformin 500mg daily. I also take Atorvastatin 10mg which brought my cholesterol down from 6.7 in September to 3.9 in December but is now 4.5 though I don't know why it should start to rise again. I have also lost 2 stone in weight since September so I'm hoping maybe I can come off Metformin for a while but won't know until my review on the 18th. Fbg this am is 5.

6.3 today. Considering my meal plans over a double espresso it's shopping day and if I don't take a list its bedlam by Saturday
