Well I was hoping for better ... but 9.4 today.

Only managed 1 hour of gardening yesterday (I have ME/CFS so limited in activity) so today I am fasting and will see if that helps.

5.4 at 6am, when I got up around 8am was up at 6.7 ... liver dump back exercise and better control should fix it
