Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

I've not tested for a few days over the glorious (and indulgent) bank holiday weekend, so was very happy to see a 4.7 this morning.

Well I was hoping for better ... but 9.4 today.

Only managed 1 hour of gardening yesterday (I have ME/CFS so limited in activity) so today I am fasting and will see if that helps.
