Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Morning All

Very surprised to see a 4.9 this morning.

Was expecting it to be way higher after an upsetting phone call at 02,00 this morning to say my mum had passed away, and very little sleep as a result....
That's a good result Tim but I am so sorry to hear the sad news about your mum. Sending big hugs........

5.0

Happy Friday everyone x

Well I'm on the south coast and it's flipping freezing here this morning!

10.1 for me but I don't understand as I was really good yesterday but I guess at least it is in the right direction.

Tim, my sympathy on your Mum's passing. Even if it is expected it can really rock your world. Take good care
of yourself.

8.2 this morning at 8am - I am hoping that these constant higher readings are more to do with being under the weather because I am doing all I can food wise right now and it is making no difference - realising this is such a difficult complication in life..... but still trying every day to get better results.

Keep your chin up I am sure things will stabilise once you get beyond your current illness
