Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.7 at 7:45. If I can get down to the 4s then I can start thinking about ND putting me into remission

I did have bean salad for supper so I'm guessing pulses are out for me ....

I shall perservere (s?) but think perhaps I will test last thing at night and see if DP is affecting me.

I now have the SDCodefree meter so with cheaper strips I can go back to testing more often.
 
9.0 on right hand ring finger at 8am Left hand ring finger 8.1 Take your pick. When I went to bed last night at midnight it was 7.0 so hope the 9.0 was a misreading

5.7 today. Higher than recent days, but that's not because I was on the ale last night. No sir, not at all.
