Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Fbg 5.5 with evening meal insulin. I think I've found my new base to work from.
Pcos stopped in it's tracks too. No menupause was just pcos symptoms.
I have my life back.
Next stop lower carb, reduced levothyroixine and a much happier me. With a grumbly metformin tummy, which I'm ignoring, for now.

250 mile drive dahn sarf today for daughters graduation tomorrow....

Might be missing for a couple of days,

This morning 08.15 was 6.8 - really pleased that it is still falling and hoping it will continue even if it does take a few months....
Following lunch reading is 6.0 - seems to be the way my readings go - as the day goes on the readings drop.
