Sleep quality better.
Cough is almost gone.. Fingers crossed.

Love the 4s as it gives me great steady reading usually all day later with good diet of course.

I couldn't stop at one or two scoops - no will power where a tub of yummy ice cream is concerned! At least it was yummy.
