Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Morning all

4.5 for me today but I'm guessing the return to the grim greyness of 'Uddersfield overnight is going to mess these nice figures up from tomorrow onwards. ....

5.1 @ 08:10 (Contour XT) 5.3 @ 08:10 (Wavesense Jazz) Definitely sugar in the Tagine last night.

5.8 - Back into the 5's range, been struggling over the past week so pleased with this.

Been on holiday in Lake District for two weeks, just back reading this morn 8.3. My readings prior away were bad, have to make effort to be really good now back as in a couple months have a follow up blood test.

Back in the 7s today (08.08.16) 7.7 - being incredibly careful with what I eat as my foot is still giving me grief

4.1 at 5:20 am with new adjustment on lantus dose.
Will have to monitor what tomorrow's FBG like
It's comforting to see that I have been able to cut my lantus by half now since I was diagnosed.
So far (two weeks) no meal time insulin needed either.
Had insulin one time for a meal because I was worried about the carb on the food, and I went too low :/
So yeah
I hope this lasts as long as it can last (I am feeling hopeful)

The forum has been a light at the end of the tunnel!
Thank you everyone for your genuine and wonderful support.
I am working on getting fitter, healthier and happier xxx

Was in London couple days, plenty of walking numbers all 4's & 5's now I'm back numbers gone up to 6's & 7'. Obviously walking so much helped but killed my legs.
