Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

FBG 4.7 this morning, cheesecake mousse for breakfast then out for a walk in the glorious sunshine. Managed 5.25 miles today, bg down to 4.3 30 minutes after I got home. Feeling great

Took a week off testing pre breakfast due to some inconsistent working hours this week.

Did one this morning and it was a run of the mill 5.7

5.1 this morning foggy here supposed to be sunny later.enjoy your sunday everyone

5.4 mm/L. I'm fortunate I see. But I've completely altered my eating behaviours. Mostly eggs, oatmeal (unprocessed). Natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread, olive oil, 'some' white pasta. Fewer problems with hypos, but still get them. I have an average BG of 5.9. When my depression is bad, my BG goes up substantially. I'm using Glucose Buddy on my Android.

4.3 this morning, and my legs are like lead after yesterday's long walk. It's all good, I'm so pleased with my progress

5.3 this morning. Hopefully just taken my last metformin. Off to see the Diabetic Nurse at 8.45.

4.2 this morning after 8.5 at bedtime. My level have got a mind of there own at the moment . It's sending me crazy
