Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

FBG 4.7 this morning, cheesecake mousse for breakfast then out for a walk in the glorious sunshine. Managed 5.25 miles today, bg down to 4.3 30 minutes after I got home. Feeling great :headphone:

Took a week off testing pre breakfast due to some inconsistent working hours this week.

Did one this morning and it was a run of the mill 5.7

5.4 mm/L. I'm fortunate I see. But I've completely altered my eating behaviours. Mostly eggs, oatmeal (unprocessed). Natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread, olive oil, 'some' white pasta. Fewer problems with hypos, but still get them. I have an average BG of 5.9. When my depression is bad, my BG goes up substantially. I'm using Glucose Buddy on my Android.
