Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Morning all. 4.7, 4.4, 4.4, 4.8, 3.9, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7 and 4.3 this last week.
A sausage sandwich did spike me to 7.8 after breakfast on one day so they are now confined to a fortnightly treat.

I average 7.8 first thing. Could never understand why sometime it will be 9.0. 6.7 his morning, it all has to do with food, I think. Don't eat before going to bed. At least 3 hours before sleeping. I gave up alcohol and my fasting BG went up! It's levelled out now.

I find that if i eat just before sleep my FBG reading is higher. 6's instead of 5's.

9.4 eek. Had glass of red wine and some peanuts before I went to be and a bad nights sleep. Forgot to take my metformin with my dinner. Burger and stir fry salad Pretty sedantry day too yesterday. Cut back on the carbs the last three weeks.
