@12:12 my blood sugars were 12.6 ... I had lunch, several coffees throughout the day and dinner... moussaka and a piece of low carb cake..... now @ 21:20 I am having a blinking hypo!!!! 3.9 what is going on!

Woke up with a bit of a sniffle and a 6.0.

Might have to accept dropping to two Metformin daily is a step too far.....

Give it time ... adjustments take a while to kick in ... the sniffles will often give higher BG too

6.3 at 5:45am. A bit ... low carb quite seriously all week - thinking maybe the 8 low carb crackers - peanuts - small piece of 85% choc combo last night didn't help ......!
