5.6 this morning. A bit higher than my norm since i felt under the weather yesterday and didn't exercise. However a good nights sleep means i am fresh as a daisy today and will be back on track this afternoon.
6.7 this morning. Not surprised after a splendid fireworks party which also involved too much beer, with pie and peas. Worth it but now I need to get back on track!
Morning 6.5 at 08:00 must have been the Giant Chocolate buttons and mini pork pie that I was forced to eat last night!!!
