Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

3.6 for me today, which may be a bit low. Usually 4.4 to 4.6 average just after I wake. Have been low carbing & struggle to get blood glucose above 7.7 even after eating.
 
Bah - 6.7. After weeks and weeks of 4s and 5s, I get this high reading after only three hours' sleep and high anxiety. Just have to ride it out, I guess...

Fasting was 9.6 this morning.
Before Evening Meal was 15.5.
I am somewhat "stressed" and have been for a couple of days, have an appointment tomorrow at Hospital and I believe a drug I am taking may be stopped and I will become ill.

My 'standard' Metformin was changed 2 weeks ago to taking the SR version of Metformin x 4 daily.
I increased my Insulin by 1 Unit this morning and also by 1 Unit this evening (now on 46 units a day).
