I am exactly the same! - normally 6-7 first thing then 4-5 during day- would be nice to see a low reading in morning but I am relaxed about that given lunchtime always hits 5 mark6.9 at 7.30 - I was delighted as it was late for a glucose rush. However, I tested over the next thirty minutes and watched it rise and level out at 7.9. This is so frustrating. On the one hand I think my body is so efficient - giving me an energy boost to start the day but on the other I want it low.
I'm sooo jealous of you 4. somethings and 5. somethings. It's not until 1 or 2 o'clock in the afternoon that I drop to this level.
