Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

    I had 5.9 yesterday :eek: after being really hungry for a few days following a weekends with a lot of walking,

    and 4.7 today :)

    BG 5.3mmol/L this a.m. I'm going on a 5 day backpacking trip, or am going to attempt a 5 day backpacking trip. Super curious to see how my BG values respond. I know when I cycle hard, I never have hypos.... this should be interesting.

    Got up twice in night, overslept couple hours. 7.2 this morning ! Not good. But if I start to get near 5 usually I start to feel bit unsteady
